Job Title: Title Attorney

Location: Fully Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced oil and gas title professional for a fully remote role. This position offers a manageable billable hour goal, strong bonus incentives for hours billed beyond the target, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Required Experience (Must Have)

Minimum 3+ years of oil & gas title experience

Direct title experience in:

Permian Basin

Bakken

Title experience in the following states:

North Dakota

Texas

Montana

Candidates must have experience in the Permian Basin and Bakken to be considered

Key Responsibilities

Conduct oil and gas title examinations and ownership analysis

Review and interpret deeds, leases, assignments, curative documents, and related instruments

Prepare title opinions, reports, and ownership summaries

Identify and resolve title defects and curative issues

Manage work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting billable expectations

Billable Hours & Bonus Structure

1,700 annual billable hour goal

Bonus paid for every billable hour worked over 1,700
